Man Matt, this is the shittiest news I've heard in a long time. I had a notch stolen years ago and it broke my heart and it was almost stock. I can't imagine your pain right now. I hope it comes back man. Good Luck.

If this theif or thieves were smart enough to pull this off, they had to know this is a VERY well known car throughout the area with many people who would recognize it being trailered around. Thus, I would bet they transferred it to a enclosed trailer to get it out of the area or some thief has it in their barn. I would have to bet they did not want to be driving around with that car on an open trailer for very long....seriously, think about it!

my buddies truck was stolen out of his garage in the middle of the day in a nighborhood. his neighbors even saw people doing it but thought it was a repo job and did nothing.
 
on a side note, a friend of mines 05 chevy HD truck got stolen from his driveway in milan last month, figured it was gone forever. After a number of people he knew tapper out their sources they got a lead and they found the crack heads that stole it. After putting the fear of god in one crack head, the truck turned up in a church parking lot in Inkster, right where the crack head said it was. Couldn't believe they got it back on their own! But I doubt it was a crack head behind this operation. First they steal a dump a truck, now this? whats next?
 
Ok, just watched to make sure. I have a lot of friends doing searching on Forums, CL etc about all of this. No one deserves to get the parts from that car.

Damn Matt, very sorry to hear. :( Yours is like the 4th customized car on a trailer that I've heard of getting stolen in the last couple months, and that's just the people I know. Makes you nervous to even take the damn thing out of the garage.

Hope you get it back in one piece.
 
Hey guys thanks for all the kind words about her. I also want to thank my good friends Aaron, Dan, Saso and Tom. Dan and Aaron showed up in Ann Arbor and we all went to Blackstangs car show to keep me from going nuts. I think I've cried more about this than anything in my life. I'm still just numb to the fact it wasn't there today. I still keep waiting for the phone to ring and someone was playing a joke on me. This car wasn't just mine, it was something all of my good friends helped with. It was like a part of the family.

Again if anyone has any tips please let me know. I won't ask any questions, I just want my girl back.

i know how you feeling man, i called everybody i know to keep an eye out. dont know anybody in your area though but if it ends up around here somewhere i hope i get some info for ya
 
agreed. And theres not a damn thing we can really do about it. In this event all you can hope is that it brings real bad karma to those who are involved. Burning the perp at the stake would be a good way to deter all the other thieves, but dont forget in this country they have "Rights"
 
This makes me just sick. Matt I'm sorry to hear about this man, I'll post up a flyer in my shop about it and make sure the word get out about this!!
 
all we can do is keep getting the word out. i know a bunch more people are still posting it on facebook right now - keep it goin!
 
this was a blower car, right? if so, what kind, so we can keep an eye out on that particular blower for sale as used.
 
i posted it up on my facebook so hopefully a few people from this side of the state will see it.. i'll toss something up on craigslist for over here in the west side of the state too
