454 2 bolt block, I need a torque spec for the mains and the rods(ARP)

they look like stock main bolts, using oil

ARP rod bolts

probably 3/8, the nuts are 9/16

its the old motor out of my buddies race car, we are slapping new bearings in it

2 bolt 95 on the mains, 3/8 bolts 50 on the rods
4 bolt 110 on themains, 7/16 bolts 65 on the rods

motor oil on the mains ARP lube on the rods. If ya need a pack of ARP lube dave I think I have a few laying around still.
