Battery Gauge wire

I think this was an issue:

I had 22ft of 4g speaker power wire from the switch to the starter...

Now: 13ft of 2g wire from switch to starter...

Think this will make a difference? I think the small gauge wire wasn't letting enough power through it....Making the starter REAALLLLL hot?!

I hope this was part of the problem. We'll find out at 6pm! Fixed it last night but it was too late to start the car.

That could be the cause of the starter problems for sure, I would bet $$$ on it, I know what your motor consist of and that wire couldnt get the power it needed to the starter to start it

Yea, my dad said if it would've atleast been the correct length, there would've been a huge difference.
