a few weeks ago my gf decides to invite all of the family to our house for thanksgiving. unfortunatly the way our house is layed out its terrible to have guests and be comfortable so i decided to finish the basement to make it a lil more comfortable. here is some pics after a few hours a day for 10days of work. i did everything from building the walls, electrical outlets, drywall, mud and tape, painting, carpet, tile, hung the doors, finish trim, and building the bar/countertop right now.

dont know whatsup with the spots on the pics. nevermind them

will probably have a poker table here after the holidays

Nice John!
I better get an invite to those poker games!
BTW I have a Table I can sell you!

thats a sweet table, we have one already though we have a weekly poker league deal we do in the winter time. so instead of having it at my shop this winter will probably do it in my basement, tv, heat, more comfortable etc.

I do the same every Saturday night, thats why i need to sell that table...I need a bigger one..Should put our teams together and have a "high stakes" poker game?

Those tiles you used...Are they the ones from the Depot that are 12"x36"....If so...How'd you like them...I just used them in my moms kitchen and dining room....

12x12 i just changed the pattern on them. kinda like a brick paver. staggered them 4inches to change the lines up a lil more to make it look better

thats a huge difference from what it was before john. Looks good. Should gave me a ring if you needed some help.

it wasnt bad to be honest. i did everything by myself when i had the time. i started it about 10days ago. worked on it a few hrs a day. worse part was going to home depot all the time. went there so much the past few days its crazy.
