Barrett 50 cal... Where to shoot?

I heard the Detroit Sportsman Congress allows this caliber? Or how about The Pit in Lapeer?

I have one also. The ONLY 2 places I felt comfortable shooting was at a club in Port Huron that went out to either 500 or 600 yard. The other place is up north, like way up north (think U.P)

I'd run East up 94 towards Port Huron and visit the range at Blue Water Sportsman's Association with a beast of a rifle like that; they offer up to 600 yards IIRC (google their webpage) - skip the smaller ranges and let 'er fly !

+1, I was a member of BWSA for years, until I just started chooting at my private range in the in-laws backyard. They only open up the 600 yard range once a month though.

BTW Sal, if you reload, and need some once fired .50 brass, let me know, I have a box full of good military brass I am gonna sell.
 
You probably won't get ahold of anyone at Blue Water if you call. Go on the website and get Derek's phone # and give him a call

I'm sorry I forgot to PM you WiseGuy. I was invited to go by my parents neighbor 2 summers ago. Retired Marine Corps sniper. He's an OK shot lol
