I have just enough left over from my taxes to buy a tuner so i was thinking what brand should i go with or should I just save a little more and get a dyno tune. 2004 mustang gt, 4:30 gears, CAI, 75mm tb, shark plenum, hooker full lengths, under drive pulleys.
 
When you are done with your car you gotta race my Mach 1 again just to see how much faster your car is!!! I won't leave on you this time, LOL!!!!
 
Handhelds are sort of mandatory on 2005-up s197 cars. The older cars could be chipped via the J3 port on the EEC. Chipping is usually cheaper but you don't get any end user adjsutments like you can with a handheld.
 
how much does it normally cost to get a tune. will it make a noticable improvement. i got my truck tuned by mach performance a few years ago and you couldnt tell.
