Baja Acres Dirt Bike Cam

Coool video. Looks empty must be on a wed. Thoose idiots that work there really need to learn how to water the track. They hurt people and dont even realize it. I cant wait to get my knee surgery over with to get back on my bike.
 
been a long time since I raced there. I see they got rid of the whoop section and also added the split after the tabletop out front. That track gets some of the biggest braking bumps on race days.
 
Sweet! 250/125B is what I was riding a few years ago. I was also Hitting up the 16-24 jr's class. That one is a blast! Now that I'm in Southwest Texas, I found out that it sucks for motocross!

They change stuff at baja regularly it seemed back when i used to go there. i used to skip school a lot on wednesday to go practice :lol: i miss going out there. Seeing one too many people carried off in stretchers never to walk again kinda made me tone my ways down.
 
If I recall correctly one guy died on that double jump out front. Did endo and the bike came down on top of him. That or he was paralyzed from the neck down. I'm pretty sure it was a fatality though.
 
yea that video makes that stuff look a lot more forgiving than it really is. your body is as much of a shock absorber as the bike is, so the helmet cam doesnt show the kind of impacts you take on the landing. i might go out there for the baja brawl in september, we'll see. Ive never actually ridden that track, just watched.
