I never one called you a liar, or said you gave bad info. If you refur back i empty the txt messages on my phone per 100's, thats all my phone holds. 3000 txt a month i delete txt 30 times. Its bound to happen i misplace a # that wasn't called.

or respond to a pm sent BEFORE you gave it away...i did everything on my part to make the deal go through and frankly your word doesnt mean shit because of your lack of correspondence, thats all this is about, you were given avenues to respond and didn't well before you changed your mind, in addition, usually when I know someone is going to give me money for something I make it a point to either save or right down their phone number, not to mention i believe i sent you my number in the pm that you didnt respond to...

This just seems like a bit of bad timing and tough communication on a fairly small purchase or lack there of. You lost no money, no items, no time, no gasoline..... :dunno: I don't think it deserves a big "callout" thread like this.

IMHO, that's all.

Just because it wasnt a huge purchase or there wasnt an exchange...i dont think him stating how it went down is a bad thing. I dont see it hurting stealth much..or causing any other issues. Its an experience within this online community.

well the gasoline that i spent to come back to the east side thursday so i could keep my word to scott after my weekend plans that initially required me to came back fell through...all he had to do was respond to a pm

If stealth changed his mind and didnt want to sell it to someone, then that is his own business. He is not opperating a soup kitchen where nobody gets turned away. If he wanted to give it to a family friend instead, hes got every right to. Its not like you paid him and he ran off with the money...

I personally think that the threadstarter is overreacting a bit. It's not like you gave him a deposit or anything... or drove all the way out to his place only to find out it was sold. Or he kept money and didn't deliver, made you haggle over a refund for weeks, etc.....

I purchased an item from StealthRTSC earlier this year, PM'd talked on the phone, picked it up and it was exactly as described, no issues.

Maybe it wasn't the best way to handle it, but hardly worth the treatment in this thread.

a "mans" word is priceless. has no dollar amount.

i had a thread in the club house, where paying members can go, and was giving away shit. anyone who claimed something, i held it until they came, one guy wanted a shift knob, that months later, is still in my mail box for him.
