Had an amazing time out there! For being the city of sin there is alot of awesome/not dirty things you can do.
The 1st day we bummed around the New York, New York for a few hours and had dinner around 5pm. Me and my Bro hit up the MGM for about 2 hours after dinner while the girls watched a pay per view in the room. Keep in mind my fiance is almost 7 months pregnant so she is getting tired easy. I took $150 with me to the casino that night and came home with $390. I played a little bit of everything but got lucky at Blackjack. Called it an early night cause of the plans for the second day.
The 2nd day (1st full day) we drove out to see the hoover dam. Simply amazing! We took the tour and I got a ton of awesome pictures. I'm going to have to set up a photobucket account to post them.
The 3rd day we at this restraunt dedicated to america. Amazing food at that place. Did some gambling and walked the strip. The 4 of us ate dinner at the Stratusfear, that huge tower with the restraunt at the top. The rollercoaster at the top was closed due to wind :bs: Went back to MGM cause me and mark had luck there. I went with $150 and lost it all playing blackjack and slots. Dinner was around 5pm, which was at the Hard Rock. We walked the strip for about an hour and a half then me and mark went bar hopping while the girls took a cab back to the hotel. Stumbled back to NY NY about 11pm, gambled for an hour on the $20 I had left in my wallet. Came away with $20 so I had fun for an hour and broke even.
4th day we spend Gambling and walking the strip. We took a cab to the point we left off the night before. Alayna, my fiance, won $3xx playing the slots. She isn't much of a gambler so once she won it she sipped the free NONALCOHOLIC drinks sitting with me. I won about $70 that day playing blackjack and the slots. That night me and my bro decide to kind of do the Vegas thing and see some boobs in our faces. Went something like this... Drink, drink, drink, strippers, drink, boobs in face, lapdance, drink, boobs in face, drink, drink, stuble down strip, stop in store, by football, toss pigskin while waking down strip, fall over mailbox full of hooker ads, tear ACL, spend 2 1/2 hours in hospital, come back to hotel about 3am, get in bed, and sleep. Me and Mark didn't call them to tell them so we just got undressed in the dark and went to bed. When I get in bed my gf just goes "Mike, you smell like strippers" "Yes dear" Alayna wakes up the next day to see me walking out of the bathroom on crutches. Was not a happy camper...
Day 5 we flew home early in the day so didn't do anything but breakfast.
The lady on the plane wouldn't let me sit with my crutches so when I had to go to the bathroom I had to ask. I ate some airline food, got the instashits, and asked her for my crutches. I hurried my ass there and started to get splashdown right about the time my knees started to bend to sit down. Note to self - no more airplane food for Mike.
All it all it was a good trip. I went with $500 to gamble and came home with a few hundred more. Alayna came out ahead by like $50. Mark, my brother, lost like $200. His girlfriend broke about even.
Hope we can make it back in the next few years. We didn't even scratch the surface of what there is there. I'm kinda sad I didn't get to see a donkey show:bs:
