Hey guys. Anyone looking for a place to store/work on your car? My good friend has awesome place from rent. I told him NOT to rent it to anyone, but someone on Motown, as I trust all you guys. Here is the info................

I seek a NON COMMERCIAL lease opportunity for an automotive enthusiast to enjoy their hobby. This low key shop has been home to over 40 NHRA national event championships, but no longer active. I seek a low key hobbyist to enjoy the amenities. I do prefer at least 1 year contract. Suggested lease cost $700/month, will negotiate with right tenant and potentially will offer free, electricity, AC, Heat , insurance and water (within reason).

So how does this work, do you get the entire building with all contents as a lease or like just get access to it?

All. This garage shop rental is separate building and free standing. The lease on this will work just like it would on a house. While in your lease, you have full access to the property at any time you so chose. Given that shop is being leased fully stocked with tools, etc, the tenant will agree to approved access visits by landlord, with them tenant there, to make sure all tools have not left the shop. The tools are to be use at the shop only, and not remove from premises.
