Attention motown muscle! Urgent club members missing!

I watch every weekend, like an idiot. I truly do want them to win. I just refuse to get excited or buy in until they put it together for an extended period of time and win some big games. I've seen this movie before.

Again... beating the Eagles... a team that’s won four playoff games including a SuperBowl over the past 2 years... on the road, doesn’t count as a big win?

was it a blowout? No. They won. Fine. But barely. if they beat KC by more than 3 pts then I’ll give them credit.

So if they beat team team everybody expects to make the AFC championship game... by 2 points, no credit [emoji23]

Uh oh. Matty cakes puts the ball on the ground and someone is already looking for excuses.

This game means a lot to see if the Lions are any good. Yeah they’ve been winning, but they haven’t passed the eye test.

it’s been an ugly game for both teams. Not helping for fantasy players.

Hockinson trying to make the sports center highlight reel didn’t work out so well. White dudes can’t jump.

Honestly they looked better in today’s loss than they did the first three games of the season. If they take care of the ball better they might have won that one.

Note: Mike had vanished.

Fumble at the goal line was the game.

I was driving. Been here all day. I think in general they played really well. They were a play or two away from a huge upset over a really good team. They should be motivated by this.

Agreed. Final score was not what most expected. They get a bye next week to regroup. Then another test at Green Bay. At least it’s not End of December in 20 below temps.

Basically... a fair amount of people expected/predicted/picked the Chiefs to be in the SuperBowl and the Lions were beating them with 30 seconds left in the game. This was a “lock of the week” Chiefs win by almost all accounts and the Lions took them to the wire. I ain’t mad about this loss at all. What it tells me is “We aren’t as good as they are... but we can be”

Keep in mind, the Lions were missing Slay and Amendola.

And, Stafford haters, eat a dick. Dude was hurt and balled out today. He played hard AF today, threw a bunch of dimes, put up the numbers and that “shoulder down” run is why I love the dude.

I'm glad they have all these rules now for pass interference! Lucky for KC, shoving a man to the ground as they turn for the ball, doesn't seem to warrant any of the new rules. Watch Marvin Jones get tackled in the tweet below - he is coming into the screen from the right. Apparently, the NFL declined to review this because it was a hail mary...

Fumble at the goal line was the game.

And Stafford's fumble at like the 6 yard line. Red zone turn overs are brutal.

I thought the Lions played better in yesterday's loss than they did during all their wins. So that's encouraging.
