Older design ATI 8" converter with the numbers H240185 and R11322-1F. ATI said "No anti balloon it is a foot brake converter and it is an 8" and a very loose converter for a low hp small cubic inch motor most likely 289-331 and I would think something like a stock eliminator car" $175

Speedy, the hub on the converter is commonly referred to as a "Allison" hub in the impeller. It acts as a ballooning plate, and normally the re-builder installs a improved bearing on the opposite (stator) side.
ATI are very high quality converters.
