I see that you have stamped concrete. Do you like it? How long has it been there? We are considering doing some stamped concrete and wondered if you would recommend it. What type of maintenance is required, cleaning how often?
 
The large pad was poured in 2005. The smaller pad was poured in 2007. We like it a lot. Maintenance is simple. I light wash it annually, proper power washing and sealing every other year. I use Diamond Shield (?) sealant that I buy from a local concrete company. Which reminds me that I need to buy and apply sealant this weekend. . . .
