Who has bought the late night stuff they sell on tv?

The way they suck you in with how much easy life can be if you buy this crap...
Bought the Ronco Pasta maker, thought my "Italian" parents were gonna take me behind the garage and shoot me.. Pasta came out too soft and the chocolate pasta was terrible!
The Ronco "Set it and forget it"... What ever I cooked came out cooked on the outside, bloody rear on the inside.
Ronco? Bread Maker.. Makes a good loaf of bread but cheaper to buy it at a bakery
Ginsu knives... Prob 20 years old and sharp as day one when I got them... Best damn knives and cutting boards around.
Eden Pure heater.. Heats about 400 soft room but not 1700 sqrft like they claim.
Jack Lalanne juicer... Pain in the ass to clean.
I'm sure I have a few more things I forgot ( or ashamed to admit) but what did you buy and how did It work?

I've heard of horror stories from some folks that had illegal credit card activity after buying over the phone to those TV infomercials.
 
My wife is constantly buying that crap off late night infomercials and QVC. 95% of it is fuckin junk! Once she gets it and realizes its junk, then she will bitch and bitch about it. Then go right back and buy something else from them. WTF!

The showtime rotissere grille, I wore mine out great for chicken , pork and fish sucks for red meat Chicken breasts came out perfect
 
My mother in law is retired and watches QVC all day. She hooked me up with a 5 pack of "Readers". Now I've got glasses laying all around the house.

Never bought anything off of an infomercial. Half the time, they peddle that shit for 1/2 price at the chain drugstores a few months down the line.

At Great Lakes crossing they have the as seen on TV store. They sell it for less as well
 
I've got that pan that has the "grill" spots for the fat to drain to the one side.. It's great.. If you like scrubbing the hell out of a pan after you use it lol.
 
I have the bowls to turn a soft taco shell into a taco shell bowl, they work awesome but I don't use them very often.
 
I bought the Weed Thrasher, an attachment for your gas trimmer / weed eater. Supposed to be tough enough to trim right against wire fence, with these thick, red red plastic cords. They flew apart, total junk. My wife still picks on me about it.
