just saw on fox 2 that Arthur P is out at WRIF, the new station management is trimming the fat as he said. He's negotiating with a "new" station & with some movie studio
 
I've spent my whole life listing to him and Doug (I'm 38) I don't care who they bring in I'm done with the Wrif.
 
WRIF sucks IMO anyways. 89X blows them away in music and talk shows. Dave and Chuck the FREAK FTMFWWWWW!!!!!
 
Ya know as far as what music is played im a WRIF guy through and through....

but as for the DJ's, i gotta say 89X has WRIF smoked....unless there is music playing wrif is not entertaining at all, expecially now that there is no more drew and mike. I would rather listen to dave and chuck the freak anyday.

2.when they play not stop coldplay i want to kill myself lol

other then that and when you get past the emo music its a good station

Sure do. All I listen to 89X for is the grunge era music that they play on Saturdays. Then again, WRIF plays that stuff too. But 89X is missing The Nuge.

Doesn't anyone listen to WIOT? I always found that to be a much better rock station than WRIF.

Yeah...I like listening to most of the stuff on 89X. Staind, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park stuff like that.

I could care less abou Metallica etc...on WRIF.
