Aren't there BMX guys on here? What'd I just get?

I picked this up this afternoon. I think it's 90s but I'm not sure, any ideas? The tires are in pretty poor shape but I think they're original, they say GT in the tread. Chainguard is busted too but it's easier just to remove it. Figured if I can clean it up and swap the wheels to make it rideable.

Thanks, it comes up 97 and the google pictures of a 1997 Dyno Air look right. A lot newer than I thought with the plastic wheels on it.
