Are there any mortgage brokers in the house?

I have a friend who is trying to purchase a piece of property up here in Northern Mi and he's looking for a broker. I thought I would check here first.

I think Steve is a "loan officer" meaning he works to sell mortgages for his employer. A broker is paid to bring lenders and borrowers together.

With that said I've used Steve's services and was completely satisfied with my experience.
