It has a Eagle Arms (Division of Armalite) composite lower (made for Armalite by Cavalry Arms who is now out of business but was bought by GWACS who is now producing the lower and servicing warranties for Cavalry). http://www.gwacsarmory.com/cav-15-mkii.html
The lower has a DPMS lower parts kit http://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...ar-15-lower-receiver-parts-kit-prod24955.aspx. The upper is a DPMS High Rider http://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...-m16-competition-upper-receiver-prod5604.aspx with a DPMs bolt assembly http://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...bolt-carrier-assembly-prod24953.aspx?psize=48.
The barrel assembly is from Rock River Arms, 16" stainless steel Varmint Barrel chambered in .223 Wylde. https://www.rockriverarms.com/index...tegory_id=275&CFID=208741457&CFTOKEN=30852911
And it is topped with a BSA Sweet .223 3-12X40 scope. The scope can be calibrated to 50, 55, or 62 grain bullets out to 400 yards. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/65...0mm-adjustable-objective-duplex-reticle-matte
It also includes and Army issue Otis cleaning kit which resides in the buttstock, and the Winchester Assault Case.
I probably have about 500 rounds through it total. I also have spare gas rings for the bolt and also have 5 30 rd magazines. If theres was anything further I would do or change, it would be a better trigger. The stock DPMS is adequate, but I'd step up to a match grade two stage trigger.
