Anywhere besides the dealer for a BMW key?

My buddy has an '02 530i and needs a new key. Does anyone do these other than the dealer? I'm sure it would be cheaper and faster someplace else but I'm not familiar with anyone that does import keys.
 
Dealer.....there is a chip in the key that keeps vehicle info.

We have a company that shows up to our dealer that can cut and program keys for us. I can't for the life of me remember the name of them. I'll check Monday. We are only a Chevy dealer though. I know when we lost one of our used BMW keys they had to have it special order from Germany which took a month to get. Not sure if this new company can do it or not.
