Anyone with a Tech 2? Macomb Twp?

I've been a long time lurker but I could really use some help right now. Does anyone on here have a Tech 2 in the Macomb Township area? I have a 2003 Cadillac CTS and the ecm has managed to fry itself. I bought a replacement ecm but it needs to be reprogrammed by a Tech 2 before the car can run.

It would be extremely helpful is someone could come out to my house (North end of Macomb township), otherwise I have to have the car towed, but right now, anything is helpful. Let me know if you, or someone you know can help! Trying to avoid going to the dealer if at all possible.

Gonna be a dealer or independent shop that subscribes. Gone Mad shut down all the hack ways to access TIS (reprogramming) info over last winter.
 
Just curious have you had the ecm tested ? Im not sure if there is even a way to test it but I see alot of gm cars (esp. early 2000/late 90's model cadillacs and impalas ) come into work with the exact same problems but every one of them has had to replace the passlock 2 reader if im not mistaken. Im no mechanic but we do deal with a TON of faulty gm factory anti-theft systems and they are often misdiagnosed as other problems
