They're not all libs...saw the NHRA races from Pomona yesterday on TV, so you know there are some reasonable people there!

Digging a ditch can be complicated. I thought I heard the Overflow Spillway was never tested... probably because wasting water in California is a crime.

NPR said the overflow spillway had not been used in 50 years. Not sure if they had tested it since then. Meanwhile, we're looking at weekend temps in the 50's with zero flooding...not bad for the middle of February. In Michigan.

the moment and just got word he *might* be going to California - "soon".
