You might want to post in stangtuning.com somebody probably has something for it.

They also have a datalogger for it. Try this:

www.eec-tuner.com in the products area.

Crane Interceptor data logging software

Required hardware
  • A 5.0 liter Ford Mustang.
  • Crane Cams Interceptor or Interceptor II engine management computer. I believe this also works on the Anderson Ford Motorsport PMS setup
  • An x86 laptop computer -- 286 or better running DOS or better.
If you have an Interceptor and a laptop computer, download crane.exe to produce this or this Now you also have a real-time data recorder. Crane.exe is a program that stores output from the Interceptor while you are driving.
Basically this program captures output as it is sent to the LCD display. This output is formatted and stored on you laptop disk for later analysis. The LCD is updated about every 0.15~0.20 seconds. Monitor fuel mixture, engine air flow, rpms, boost, etc. This truly is the ultimate way to tune. Similar software is being advertised at over $200 in magazines. You get it for free.
