anyone remember seeing the race gas/pump gas mix chart online?

I remember a calculator/chart showing effective octane ratings when mixing race gas with pump gas... :dontknow:

Say you have W gallons of X octane and Y gallons of Z octane......stay with me here. The formula to determine the octane rating is......

X (W/(W+Y)) + Z (Y(W+Y))

How about you do the math for me.

3.5 Gallons of C-116 and 10 gallons of 100=?
 
There is an Excel spreadsheet that you can download on the above gnttype link. You can use that to calculate whatever combination you run.. That's how I calculated Trunks..

116 * (3.5/(3.5+10)) + 100 * (10/(3.5+10)) = 30.07 + 74.07 = 104.14.......just like stated below.
