A civil lawyer? I was a witness to something along with others. Friends of our are sueing an establishment and we were put on the witness list. Now the establishment is sueing us witnesses in a counter suit. They aren't sueing the people sueing them, they are sueing us. WTF?!

My friends are suing them for assault. They got into a fight with some people who ended up using weapons that caused injuries. We witnessed this are are now being sued for assault against the people they are suing even though we weren't involved. I find it funny that they are counter suing the witnesses who observed the altercation but not counter suing the people they were involved in an altercation with.
