Anyone on here do bike repair? near Port Huron?

they are saying that the bike is worth like $4700, and that they only give me $1000 over that for the chrome, paint, performance, lowering, etc. I have AllState. I guess my question is if I get the bike back....and I still have the title....what is it worth wrecked? what could I sell it for with a title?
 
id be calling a different adjuster. tell him show me where you could get chrome rims, powder coat and a custom one off paint job done for 1000$


id tell him you'd settle for 6500. and let um keep it.....unless they wanna give it back to you for like 1500.
