Anyone know where I can swap industrial sized gas cylinders for smaller?

I have a couple industrial sized tanks, oxy and acetylene that I would like to find somewhere to exchange for smaller, more garage friendly sizes

anyone know where I can go?

If you get them filled by a place like Airgas or something, I would ask and see if they might even do it.
Technically they will be on the winning side of the deal?
Actually they might not be able to since the tanks have to be known good, but they might know of someone else in your shoes looking to trade...???

I would bet you'd find someone on craigslist looking for larger tanks
