Anyone know this guy?

It's a new body style V6 Mustang with a turbo. License plate is 385HPV6. He actually lives in the next court down in the same condo complex. I was just going to go home but he kept turning the same way I was. I followed him into his court but he has a condo with an attached garage that he pulled into so I circled back out (and later realized that is equally as creepy as parking and walking up to his garage)

I heard the turbo though. The car looks stock other than the exhaust and the license plate give away. I'd love to get a closer look. I'm debating walking over to his place and ringing the doorbell.

That's what I was thinking. I heard a turbo while he was next to me. And I'd imagine he wouldn't lie about it being a V6 if it wasn't. Hence why I'm curious.

And yes, I stalked him all the way back to my house.

I love V8 cars but theres something about the underdog cars that do it for me (hence the SRT-4 outside) I would have loved to play around with him on the road. If he has all the drivetrain upgrades to go along with the power that is awesome.

i like the srt-4, just not a car I would heavily modify. But thats just me. FWD just doesnt do it for me. IM all about suprising people but at the same time im more about hard launches and wheelies.

In a perfect world I still wouldn't mind the SRT as a DD (although I don't really considering mine "heavily modified" to be honest) but there are other cars that I wouldn't mind either. However, I'd definitely have something RWD with a turbo that looks stock-ish...or at least not heavily modified.

A few months back there was a notchback in a Mustang magazine that made something like 750hp and the guy drove it on a fairly regular basis to work. I think he lived in Arizona or somewhere warm and non-snowy. The outside of the car was very simple looking which I love, but still made crazy power.

385 v6? turbo?

that's a TON of money to upgrade the drivetrain to handle that power.

Believe it or not the trans can handle a ton of power, the engine should be good for well over 400 rwhp, the weak link may be the rear but I'm sure it will take the abuse as well.. It does sound like a nice little sleeper, the plate kind of gives that away ....

Wow! I had no idea.

they can handle the power no prob. at work we have a TT 4.0 that puts out over 350 with a stock trans and a detroit locker in the 7.5" rear  she moves

I seen a green turbo'd v6 last year. Same color?
Damn I thought I mentioned that in the original post. No, it's silver. It had the optional lights next to the headlights similar to the GT's too.

I guess it could have been supercharged but it sounded a lot like turbo spool and a BOV. I'm not positive though.
