The cost of the garage and built out is not cheap, we know that. It is not just about car storage, it is about creating a community of auto enthusiasts that share the same passion. If you check out the Bloomberg video on the first page you can get an idea on what people will do with their garages. The southeast portion of the property will be open to the public with restaurants and retail. We want to create a congregation point for the whole Woodward scene to hang out at. The first restaurant will be part of our trackside building looking over the track.
The track will be available to our garage owners 5 days a week, giving them plenty of track time. This is not a race track, it's a performance track that will be mainly rented out for corporate use. We will have open track days throughout the year for the public to come and car clubs will be able to rent out the track as well.
