I bought a car in Texas. Anyone know anyone in the Houston area that could go check it out for me? Its about a half hour north west of Houston.

Find & contact local dealership, arrange for owner to take car
to said dealership / car repair shop have inspection report
sent to you (from dealership), pay for it with debit card, you're done!

Thanks. Will try that.

Are they cheaper in Texas? I would love a 09-10 CTS-V wagon.

No, not really. It was just a great deal on a manual sedan. They aren't easy to find in the combo I wanted.

Wagons are bringing quite the premium right now. Good luck.

I totally understand.... but it was a GREAT drive in my opinion. Drove one day to St. Louis and the rest the next day. Maybe 2-3 tanks of gas. I owned a landscaping business so work went on as I left. It was the first time being picked up by my new car and it was too cool to hear it pull in.

x2 the drive is great. I like Nashville so I'd stop there as a half way.

By the time I fly down there, take 2 days off work, put 4-5 tanks of gas in it and the misery of driving 20 hours. I'd rather have it shipped.

I'll go get it....... Just saying lol.

I dropped a GT40 off in Texas once, it's a different experience down there for sure. It was filled with people driving with guns clearly visible in their vehicles, beer in gas stations because you can drink and drive legally lol.

Shit is insane in the South lol.
