Anyone interested in FL property? ;)

If I were you, I'd add some different pictures. When I've been shopping for places in the past, I always want to see what kind of closet space the place has plus just how big the rooms are... you might want to add a few more shots.
Also, all the stuff on the kitchen counter makes it look like you have no cabinet space or are very restricted in the kitchen. I would take one with that all cleaned off, it may help.

If I could move the family auto parts business down there I would... I would make a killing down there...
 
It's almost too big. It makes the houses next to it look small, even though there pretty big. When they first started construction, I was like who the fuck is putting on office building on waterfront property...
