anyone here or anyone know a place that works on honda reflexes?

bought a 2004 honda reflex scooter off my aunt, it sat for years without being run...i eventually got it started but it only starts with throttle wide open and held there, from 5k-9k it runs strong and smooth. anything below 5k it begins to sputter and miss fire, letting throttle off completely it dies. I put fresh gas with seafoam in, took part off and apart to clean it. and still does the same exact thing! i rreally want to get this fixed so i can sell it. thanks for any help or info

yeah it has that....saw some info about it on google...gonna see iof i can troubleshoot it tomorrow
 
Check the carb again. They have coolant lines that are very close in size to the fuel line. If one is hooked up in the wrong spot, you'll have some weird running issues. I'll refresh my knowledge of that particular machine monday and try to help ya out.
 
Standy, thanks for the advice.... I won't lie I do questi m whether I hooked all the lines back up correctly afterwards... There's so many between fuel, vacuum and cooling

Well i would like to get it running good so I can get a decent amount for it. Judinging by craigslist they go anywhere from 2-3700 depending on miles. This one has 2k miles and is cherry mint condition. Hope to get close to 3k for it running good.
