Tried to put it as politely as I know how. LolLol. Love the disclaimer. Aka. Not looking for a half ass job.
Yooo big thanks to jon quick and you guys who told me to use him. They look fantastic and the price was great. Thanks Jon
JQ is a good MasonI heard he does good work too.
I have them in my house, (came with it when I bought) but they are nice. Is it better to use motar or silicone? I think some of mine are silicone and some are motar.

IMO Motar, just because of the "fix it" factor, If a single piece was to get broke it can be cleaned up and replaced if its Motar , never tried a silicone repair, I have been doing glass block for 16 yrs along with Brick, Block, Concrete
Oh nice!! Of course, I have one piece cracked on both sides, front side has a chunk missing (snowblower got it.) It's not leaking but I'd love to replace just that piece. It's in silicone. I see they sell blocks separately at HD.
You can try it, Chip out all the broken glass (take your time) and re silicone in the new one
Is the border around the glass motar ?
Yes, the border on the outside wall is mortar. It's just a two row block window and it's the bottom one. I think that's why it broke. Snow blower hit a chipped piece of driveway cement, which is poured right against the mortar and it hit the glass.
It is a 32x16 std size, Its really not hard to fix, If you were closer I would do it for you
I appreciate that and the info/advice. I'm gonna tackle this myself when it's a bit warmer. It's ONLY been broke for 3 or 4 years. LOL. If it leaked, I woulda fixed it right away.
