Anyone have any leads on an alternator for a 99 neon?

Ad. Auto wants like 180 + 80 core and that seems kinda rediculous when I have bought two alternators for my camaro for like 25 a hit and can find them used all day long.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Just show up with the core in hand. It's not like the core is suddenly going to work. The tested new one won't likely fail by the time you get home either.

Marv's auto electric on Van Dyke just south of M59 rebuilds them. It cost $69 to rebuild my 95 sohc alt. If you plan on keeping the car for a long time and you can get a new/reman w/warranty from Suave I'd do that.
