Anyone have an experiences with Dual radios?

I am looking at purchasing a 7in touch screen flip out radio made by dual. I know there not the best for speakers but i have only heard good about this type pf radio. Anyone have any experience with them,? its model # is XDVD8183. Also i already have an aftermarket radio would i have to buy a new fitment to make it fit? and where could i get the wires so i can hook it up to my car?
