Anyone have a fear of heights

They make a few hundred thousand a year and work very very minimal. Only work like 1/4 of a year. I takes a ridiculous amount of time and energy to climb one of those let alone work once your up there....... and THEN climb down.

Im in the wrong field, I would totally do this

My palms get so sweaty watching that shit. I've been in stunt planes diving straight at the ground and been fine. It's that whole "foot slips an inch and you uncontrollably fall to your death" thing that scares the shit out of me.

And here I thought the guys that climb the 100-200 ft to the top of the cell phone tower outside our building at work were nuts.

x10000 on FUCK THAT

i don't see why they don't leave a bag of tools at intervals uinstead of having to carry the entire way

I would try it for that kind of money. ive been at heights that would kill you if you fell at work before. 100ft or 2000ft your dead either way if you slip. I like the parachute idea though would prob invest in one. Only problem would be if you slip to get out far enough that you don't get caught up on the tower.

after a lil research these guys usually make 30-40k first year and after 5 or so years they get up to bout 80k..bout 40 an hour...lot of overtime tho.

I know, I'm just referring to the overall height. The actual distance climbed is irrelevant as far as I'm concerned.

this comment cracked me up:
