Anyone gonna be on st.clair for the ice racing this weekend?
If ya see me out there, say whats up!

Anchor bay, and its on every weekend. they plow race tracks. There are trail sleds that race, pro stock sleds that run, ATVs. Its a blast. last week it was fairly wild out there. Head out in the morning/ early afternoon. and race, its free.
 
Ill be at the black river drags on the 24th and 25th as well. Says you live in PH. hows that new track they built?

When i was out there last year..they were running 18 wide! Everything from 50cc dirtbikes...to turbo sleds! haha..

Its always a good time out on anchor bay!
 
Just FYI, your sleds parked in a no parking zone, might wanna take care of that before it gets towed.......

Dont hold your breath on those. Noone has been on the ice yet this year, and its fucked right now it froze then broke up and froze again. Havent been down there yet but i drive over where the ice drags were last year every day and the ice looks FUCKED! I think ill swing down to the boat launch on my lunch break and check it out a little closer to see what its like tho

There not held on the river anymore, PH funded it all to be on land this year.
 
OH! really? i did not know that! where are they at? Thats kinda lmae tho they were pretty sweet on the river last year!

Hmmm.....

I wonder where its at too? WHere is there enough land to do the drags? I know they do the sled grass drags at that huge open lot kiddy corner across the street from Grace Performance. Thats about all i can think of..
 
wow kevin i didnt realise i never told you about that. right behind the ymca, kiddie corner from behind military, they are doing clay the first 100' and they are having fire trucks spray it down to make sure its good ice, tim ainsworth brought a couple flyers into the store like a month ago, and there has been alot of interest. there will be shuttles back and forth from downtown, a couple live bands..... all kinds of cool shit.

Behind the Y?? You mean, in front of it? haha... Right down there by Vantage Point right?? I may go check it out! Sounds neat!
 
Wow, just when I lost hope in any city doing something sweet for the people PH does this. Totally bad ass.. I guess PH doesnt suck after all.
