Anyone ever taken a Hogan Assessment when interviewing for a job?

GF has to take a "Hogan Assessment" in the late stages of the interview process for a job. From what I understand it's a more work-specific personality test.

Has anyone here ever taken this? Any input on what to expect? How does it compare to the typical Meyer-Briggs test? How long did it take to complete?

It is usually an adaptive test. They seem to be mostly used to identify people's weaknesses and destructive behavior caused by real and perceived stress. Did she ask if there is a morale problem at the place?

The Hogan Assessment was part of the phone interview process for GM I took some years back. They ask you common sense questions. A question that I was asked (not exactly these words), "If a team member stinks at a given task of their job and it causes issues, what would you do?" I replied along the lines of "I'd put give them a different task and have somebody more familiar with the present task complete it or do it myself" Then the interviewer asked "How is this beneficial to the company?" and I answered "It's pretty self explanatory."
