I run one of the first ever made Astro gearsets in my T5. The first batch had a flaw in the material, and ended up getting pitted after about 2000 miles. I called them, and within 3-4 days, I had new gears in the mail.
Flash forward a few years down the road, and the gears are ALMOST in perfect condition, after spraying and beating the piss on them. The 2nd gear where the slide grabs is a little tore up, and they know about this issue and are working on it. But I beat the piss on this thing power shifting, and it's holding up to everything so far and I love it. Going to do a turbo setup this winter, and I expect it to hold up to that as well.
