Anybody remember the Ssilverado Composite beds? know of 1 laying around?

GM offered a composite bed option on the 2002 and 2003 shortbed (6'6") beds, as well as tailgates with the outer skin in composite. They were branded Pro-tec and made by the now-defunt Meridian Automotive Systems out of Grand Rapids. Anybody remember them, and more importantly, know where there is a good one laying around?

Closest one listed on car part is fox auto in Ohio but no price. They are an odd ball box good luck with your purchase

I have a co-worker that ordered his truck with one. I have not talked to him in a few years, but it was holding up well last I heard. I don't think he beat on it much either though.
