Anybody know what would cause one spark plug to oil foul?

Having an issue on the current engine in the Rolls Royce racecar that has the Viper V10 engine in it.

#10 spark plug is oil fouling. Changed the valve seals and it's still happening. Compression test is fine. Only thing I can think of is a cracked piston or oil ring issue?

I've never had this happen before and am a bit stumped.

Ideas?

If you have access to a leak down tester I believe it would be a worthwhile test.

Is it possible that the viper engine has a design flaw that effects just the #10 cylinder? Something stupid like a vaccum line from the PCV or ????
Full disclosure I know 0 about viper V10's just thinking outside the box as you've covered most of the bases.

I had a 1976 Tran Am that had the same problem. It was just the cylinder wall. I am not sure how to detect it without just looking in the cylinder.

I have not and have no experience, but it sounds like a band aid. I have a race in 2 weeks, so depending on the situation I may try it to just get by if I can't pull off a repair.

I was thinking about even popping in a fresh plug everytime I come in off track. I might be able to get by for one stint before it fouls out & starts breaking up.

Do you have an inspection camera to look at the piston top, cylinder wall, intake port?

Are the viper upper intakes wet or dry?

Amazon has bore scopes for $20 that work really well off your phone. The intake doesn't have coolant running through it, but it is port injection. what year viper engine is it again? gen 2 or 3? The gen 3's are known for the weak pistons. I might have a gen 3 piston in the garage though.
