Any Turkey Hunters out there?

Just curious if there are any Turkey hunters on this site. Last year I seen a Deer hunting theard and thought maybe since the spring season is coming up, see how many hunters are out there and post some past kills.

There are 2, 1 in the spring and 1 in the fall, I hunt the spring and it starts April 19- May 31 depending on the hunt # you chose

Shot one with a crossbow couple years ago using a Splitfire broad head.That was fun but, the most fun was with a muzzle loader shotgun.

That would be fun also, Maybe I will try it next year as I have my heart set on a bow kill this year

LOL. I grew up on Fred Trost and Rob Trott.

Yeah, I Deer hunt a little but Turkey hunting is my thing. Been doin it for about 25 years. Do some Walleye fishing,some Trout fishing.

Walleye is near ! Should start running soon, Deer hunting is my favorite, rabbit 2nd (I have rabbit dogs) Turkey 3rd

OK all you Goblin Bustin Mother Scratchers. Monday the 19th is opening day for the first season. Let's see some pics of your success. I have the second season but I'll be calling for my neighbor.Been seeing some REALY nice bird's, hope he get's a shot at one. Good Luck.

for the general permits yes but sometimes they have leftovers or you can get a private land only permit over the counter (ZZ) I believe the quota for the ZZ this year is 45,000

No Tom's this morning but, had this Jake and hen come in. It was so funny watching this Jake I thouhgt I was going to piss my pants.
