Any SRT-4 Neon people????

Yeah, S3R is available through any Mopar dealership. Get it with toys, DAB(Dial-A-Boost) is nice for winter when you don't want so much power

Fun cars. I sold mine for a Jeep though....

That kit is expensive....who's got a hook up for Mopar shit?...lol

ive had 2 srt-4s both in the high 400whp range, these cars love nitrous, cheap easy fun, and you will destroy a stage 3, not a big fan of the 05s the computer doesnt like mods that much, i had quite a few cels on my red 05, 04 is the best year, 03s suck unless you get one with a stage 1 kit and a quife lsd installed, you will be able to squeeze out 300-320hp out of the stock turbo with bolt ons including something to tune the fuel with, just do the basics intake stay away from the k&n, the silicon elbew is weak and gets sucked shut at wot, get a "GOOD" quality front mount intercooler like the agp race, 3inch tbe wit a 3inch o2 housing, i had the exhaust depot side exit, then get the agp wga, a boost controller, stock motor mounts are garbage and will break get the agp solid dogbone ones, but most important get a wideband to monitor your a/f ratios, and then you can always throw a 75shot on it (you can check out my vids to see just how well a srt-4 with bolt ons and a little spray can do) you will also need a fuel pump and a return line with a fpr............STAY AWAY FROM MOPAR STAGE KITS, way to overpriced, the price for a stage 3 kit is ridiculous and you can be much faster at half the cost, not to mention every mopar kit runs pig rich, on race gas with a stage 3 and something to lean it out a little you will be a little into the 4s hp range but last time i checked stage 3 kits are over 3000$.....if you have any other questions or concerns let me know.....

p.s dont shift to hard these cars do enjoy breaking shift selectors

Where do i find said videos?

yeah my insurance would cost roughly 985 dollars eveyr 6 months... i have 2 pts and a clean record im younger at age 21... but its a f@$! neon!

How do you like that RX-8? It seems like a nice car, but do you get alot for the $ they cost?

it handles great (drifting/autoxing), revs to 9200rpms, and i got a great deal on it 14900$(it was a bank repot) and it is the gt package with hids, navigation, lsd and the 18inch rims...the reason they dont run that fast stock is because they run pig rich from the factory but mazda is now doing reflash updated to lean em out to free up the power and to help with the gas mileage that isnt that great....other than that, its a great car..

You don't need anything for traction other than slicks. Drag radials are alright, but nothing special. Mopar staged kits do cost more but they come pretuned and dollar for dollar come out to about the same as what you would pay doing a custom turbo kit with all the other stuff and getting it tuned. You can get to about 420hp before you have to start worrying about internals on the engine.

and at 420 hp (better to due at 400) remove the balance shaft assembly, to avoid serious problems (if and when it breaks)...and if you really want a hook up on parts hit up the srtforums, and look under group buys...there was a 50trim kit group buy for a little over 2$k not to long ago...but like i said if you are on a budget and want to rape face 1500$ into the car and you can easily beat the average big turbo/stage 3 srt.....

Then you need a fuel pump...
Then you need a new rail...
Then you need injectors...
Then you need a return kit...
Then you need a map clamp...
Then you need a new tune on a piggyback...

You can get a S 3 R and be just as happy if he's looking for just alittle more pep...

Ask Ryelou home much he has invested in his setup...
