Any Plumbers on the board?

I need some work done at the house. I need cement busted up for 4 holes and some plumbing ran for a sink, stand up, tub and toilet. My cousin was supposed to do it for a STEAL but had to leave the state and go to Arizona for work. I won't go broke doing it but if the price is right I wont wait on him to come back. Let me know if somebody needs work.
 
Work is slow right now, good time for me to do side work. We went from 60+ hours down to just about nothing. Let me know if you want me to come look at it....
