Before I hire this job out, I wanted to give someone on here first dibs. I am closing on another investment home tomorrow located in Commerce twp ( Sleeth and Benstien ) This home is a bank owned home and need a hell of a yard clean up. I will be re-doing all the landscaping install my self, but I dont have the correct mower and trimmer to do this main clean up.

It needs shrubs cut back ( they are about 8 ft high right now ) lots of weed wiping to do as well as 1 or 2 cuts to get the grass down so I can get the weeds under conrtol.

I can meet at the house anytime this week. I pay cash the moment the job is done!

Well, the sellers ( BOA ) canclled my closing for the 3rd time, prolly wont close till late next week. PM next Friday and we can try and set something up.
