Any machinists around Livonia?

I was rebuilding my line-lock and managed to squeeze the threaded sleeve hard enough with pliers to make it out of round. Hurst doesn't sell any internal parts and I really don't want to buy a whole new unit when all I need is this piece.

Just wondering if someone can turn and tap one of these for me?

mid 5 in Livonia may be able to do this along with Dave Jarvis in Westland if for some reason Mitch's won't work!
 
Dang Mitch, you've come through more than once for me! I'll probably be downriver again in a couple weeks. I'll give you a buzz when I have a better idea.

Might try Mid 5 in the mean time since they're just up the street, didn't even have them on my radar.
