any idea what i should pay

looking to get new gears in the back of my 98 z28 stock i think mine has the 3.42's a guy had some 4.11's in his but after he installed them he got a howling noise

he said he doesn't know how much they are worth and to make him a offer, any suggestions

i'm not sure if its posi or limited slip

Dont buy used gears!If they were howling they were not setup properly or have to much backlash..I would know I have 3.73 right now that howl....if you dont want them to howl..A.get a good set no cheapies....B.have someone good install them.

yeah i figured thats what it was, but if they wern't in there for long i figured they still might be good.
