I have a 1-wire power master alternator that's drawing power from the battery when sitting. I want to have it looked at internally but not sure who to take it to. I did have it gone through in '08 by Pro Tech Supply in Clawson but their number is no longer in service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had that problem years ago. I believe the problem was that the internal voltage regulator was activated by ignition power. The fix was changing the internal voltage regulator over to one that was activated by rpm. Bill's Surburban on Gratiot in Roseville changed it over for me and it worked fine after that.

you forget I have a job so I need time to answer

did you call powermaster? I did, Did you jump start the car? They say you blew a diode you can send it in and they will fix it

Just dropped it off at Charlie's. He'll have it for me tomorrow. I never jumped the car Ken. May just be a diode, don't know. Just need it fixed and Charlie is familier with these.

Thanks for the recommendations guys!
