2000 7.3 super duty no start

shortly after I replaced my turbo my truck started bogging out and died. Waited 10 min it started and made it a half mile before it died again. Had to have it towed home. Now I hate starting fluid but I tried it once and itll fire up for just a short second. I unplugged the icp and nnothing. My pump on the fuel rail is turning on. Replaced thr camshaft sensor cuz there was a code for it. Other codes were p1211 (injector control pressure higher lower than desired pressure), p1212 (injector control pressure lower than desired). Now 3 months ago I replaced the ipr new from the dealership. Also when I changed turbos I got a newer one that didnt allow me to install the ebp sensor but the truck ran and drove great for 30 or so miles before it died. Wondering if you guys can help.

Update. Truck randomly started yesterday ran great for a quarter mile down the road then lost all power and wouldn't go over 5 mph with the truck floored. Came up with an engine code p1280 which is the icp low voltage. So I replaced it cleared the codes and disconnected batteries and reconnected them. Still no start. I'm at a loss of what to do and could use some help. It'd be much appreciated thanks Motown

This wouldnt be related to the valve cover gaskets would it? Ive replaced a few and had luck fixing similar issues..

You mean the injector harness in the valve covers? I had one fail on me an the truck still ran just surged alot, no power or boost but still ran

If they haven't been replaced it could be the IPR injection pressure regulator under the fuel bowl or the IPS injection pressure sensor located behind the alternator. I would first go after the cam sensor as mentioned above if still original.
