HERE IT IS!!!!!!!! THE MOMENT YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!!!
Ok boys here we go. I was supposed to go to the dealership thursday after work to check out the bee bee gun shots and the work they have done so far. Ended up not having time because this came up.
Me, my father, bro and sis are getting ready to leave. We recieve a call on our house phone. (NUMBER NOT BLOCKED) It's for my brother. My mom gives him the phone. This kid threatens nick that if he doesn't stop talking to his girl friend that there is going to be some problems and bla bla bla. My brother goes to school with his girl friend. The boyfriend goes to MCC for college and lives in oxford/redford. Nick says ok, i was not hitting on her, I only took pictures of her for photo class. Chill. This was the first call. End of discussion.
Me, my father, bro and sis left the house at 6:50
Second call (BLOCKED PHONE CALL): My mom gets a call at the house again 10 minutes later after we left. Some guys demanding to know where nick is. Mom says he can't talk and they threaten to do something to him and hang up. My mom starts to freak.
Third call (BLOCKED): The call back 5 minutes AGAIN demanding to speak to nick, that his worst nightmare has just begun, my mom is upstairs looking out in front of her house, kids are swearing f this and f that blasting rap music. My mom realizes the music she is hearing in the phone is the music coming from outside. They are slowly driving past the house. My mom freaks. TExts me. Josh please come home i'm very scared. Kids threaten her on the phone again.
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD.
The kids at this point think they hang up. my mom realizes this and continues to listen. These kids keep blasting there music and start to turn around to pass the house. Then she hears one of the kids, "ya dude, we need to go and f*&( up there mini van too."
BINGO. There ya go.
They call back not 2 minutes later demanding to know where nick is. My mother then says, you boys are screwed. YOu thought you hung up the phone and I heard what you said, I know what you did to my sons car 2 nights ago and I heard you threaten my mini van as well.
All of a sudden they are not so tough. "what are you talking about ma' am. We don't know what your tlaking about," my mom then said save it for the police, i heard it and now they will know. Then you here one kid go 'Oh FU#$@# and hang up. NO MORE CALLS AFTER THAT. Go figure. No more passes around the house. As they leave I pull up and pass them (not knowing this is them) and I run in the house.
Mom says I know who did that to your car and she explains the story.
So my father when he got home called the girlfriends father and informed him of what was going on and contacted the boyfriend who said he was in class at the time of the callings. We called back the unblocked #.
It seems he sent his buddies (the ones passing the house and threating my mom) to do his dirty work. He said he made the first call when he actually talked to nick. He said the other calls were his buddies while he was in class. He may of been there that night doing it to my car but he supposidly in class at the time of the calls. Hope I explained that right.
So immediatly we call the police, give them the info and then call the detective and now the kids are in deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep doo doo. All this over a girlfriend.
These kids are going down hard and I believe I will take them to court to get my money back and THEN SOME. Need some advice from you lawyers on here.
