Just wanted to relay the message so many of us are aware of but a few may not be. Steve at Simple Mortgage has once again taken care of my family's mortgage needs.
Steve was extremely quick to respond to all emails and calls!
Extremely quick to close saving us even more money!
Was able to get us an even lower A.P.R. than what we expected!

All and all it was once again painless and pleasing to work with Steve.
Thank you again pal for everything you do for Motown!!!!

I'm surprised Steve hasn't went crazy after my mortgage the last month or so. So many difficulties popped up and he handled them all.
I was calling him at 730 a.m. and 1130 p.m and was always able to get through to him. We are finally in the house and it all worked out. THANKS Steve !!
I'm not moving again for a looong time.....
